3 Heads Limited is incorporated on 19 December 2017, growing out of a university side-business in Bedford. One belief from the start: great ideas and great execution are the same job, not two departments.

We hire rarely and slowly, and almost always from people we have already met. If you think you could add something we do not have yet, send it anyway — a reel, a portfolio, a link, a sentence about what you would want to make here.
